The vacuum freeze drying equipment is an advanced method for the material for the material dewatering. ATALAS technology from
THE DENMARK.It has been very famous for its good results. It freezes the moisture material in the low temperature and makes
the water inside sublimate directly in the vacuu condition. Then it collects the sublimated vapor by means of the condensing way so as to
dewater and dry the material.

 

Product Features

1.The freeze-dried box and partition are made in strict accordance with GMP requirements. The cylinder is made of grade 304 stainless
steel and the interior is mirror polished. The production process and requirements are higher than the current domestic conventional
food freeze dryer manufacturers.
2. Adopt the integrated cold trap of the box body, the design of the front box and the rear trap, compact structure, with an observation
window, and the observation window is equipped with a lighting device to facilitate observation of the situation in the box. Designed
into a structure or form that is easy to clean and has no sanitary corners.
3. The coil for water trapping of the cold trap is made of clean stainless steel. The integral structure or the split structure can be selected
according to customer needs.4.The refrigeration system components are configured according to high-standard imported brands, with
strong refrigeration capacity, fast cooling speed, stable and reliable performance.
5.Use soaking or steam defrosting to quickly defrost and clean.

1.Drying chamber
The chamber, where freeze drying process occurred, is cylinder shaped with multiple reinforcing ribs to strength. The chamber, doors are constructed in SUS304 stainless steel. The chamber contains both the product shelves and the vapor condenser in side.The chamber is
fitted with valves of vacuum line connection, drain, water defrost and vacuum release. 

2.Shelf and trolley

A particular number of 'modules' are consisting of a number of shelves on where are available for product loading, with the top
plateproviding radiant heat only.The product is placed in trays, which are loaded onto the heat-plates (shelves) in the freeze dryer.
The heat-plates can be chilled and heated, so the machine is capable of freezing product in place or pre-frozen in IQF. The
heat-plates are fabricated by SUS304 stainless steel or aluminum, and have a flat upper side and heating fluid channels on the
underside. The trolleys of large scaled lyophilizers are fitted with wheels that run in a track located above the chamber, allowing
each trolley to be wheeled outside of the chamber.

3.Vacuum system

The vacuum system is composed of drying chamber, condenser, vacuum pipes, valves and back pump and holding pump.
It requires no leaks; Vacuum system is an essential for the rapid sublimation. Backing pumps and holding pumps are
required for large scaled system to give efficient capacity for evacuation. 

4.Refrigeration system

The refrigeration system freezes the heat plates during in-place freezing, evacuation and the early stages of drying. It also
cools the vapor condenser during the drying cycle. The screw compressor is adopted on the large scaled equipment
and piston for small ones, and the refrigerant used is R404A, R507.
